Q: I don’t like filling in forms, why can’t I just email or call you?!  

A: Because engineers need a certain level of detail to function correctly! Seriously though, please understand that we can’t see, hear, or touch your car, so the information we’re asking for below is the absolute minimum we’ll need to start with. Even if you called or emailed us directly, we’d still have to ask you these questions anyway. This form just helps us help you faster!

  • If you’re not sure, please do your best to find it on the original product packaging/instructions, or try to identify it from our website. If you can’t find it, please describe the product as best you can
