HOW TO:

  1. Purchase (any individual or combination of), GFB part/s in the USA between October 1, 2020 and January 31, 2021 (invoice to be equal or greater than $280 USD Excl. tax). Promotion only applicable on products listed at the end of the document.
  2. Attach a photocopy or original of your store receipt showing the date the item/s were purchased, and the GFB products that were purchased.
  3. Cut the UPC barcode/s off the product box/es.
  4. Fill in all fields of the claim form on page 2
  5. Make a photocopy of your rebate submission and keep it for your records.
  6. Mail your receipt, UPC code/s, and completed rebate form on or before March 3,2021 to:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This rebate offer applies only to qualifying purchase(s) of the listed products between the purchase dates listed on this form. This offer valid in USA only for purchases of specified products in the USA. Rebate awards are mailed to US addresses only.

  1. Fill out this form completely, and submit it along with (Click here to download the claim form)

a) A copy of a valid invoice showing a minimum purchase value of US $280 GFB products only
b) A receipt or order confirmation with the qualifying purchase circled.
c) The purchase date and products purchased must be readable. (Handwritten invoices or receipts will not be accepted.)
d) The original UPC barcode must be cut off from the product box and returned. (The UPC barcode is usually the same barcode that is scanned for the product price.) Handwritten UPCs will not be accepted.

  1. Rebate submissions must be postmarked before the deadline stated on this form.
  2. All rebate documents must be received for claim to be processed.
  3. Offer applies to end user, original purchasers only. No clubs, groups, resellers, distributors or dealers.
  4. This offer cannot be combined with any other rebate.
  5. Offer is not transferable.
  6. Limit: one rebate per invoice totalling $280USD or more of GFB products
  7. Duplicate receipts and addresses will be rejected.
  8. Used products and products purchased via auction are not eligible.
  9. No substitutions or extensions.
  10. Offer is subject to product availability.
  11. The rebate sponsor and its agents have the right to substantiate submissions and to reject claims that do not comply with these terms. The rebate sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, invalid or incomplete submissions. Customers must spend the minimum amount of 280.00 to apply before taxes.
  12. Claims will not be accepted if receipt shows retailer deducted the rebate amount at the time of purchase. Rebate sponsor reserves the right to modify this rebate promotion at any time. This offer will not accept further processing activity 3 months from the last valid purchase date.
  13. Fraudulent submissions could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes, (Title 18 USC Sections 1341 & 1342).
