The T9386 DV+ expands your options for BMW models. It is designed as a complete drop-in replacement for the OEM diverter valve in BMW N13, N20, and N55 engines and offers all the benefits you’d expect from a DV+:

The new T9386 features a low-profile integrated solenoid, offering BMW owners some additional benefits:

  • Multi-vehicle fitment – T9386 will fit all vehicles currently covered by T9356 and T9357
  • Shorter overall height – this is particularly useful on N20 and N55 installations where space is limited
  • Doesn’t re-use the OEM solenoid coil – it is common for OEM solenoid coils to crack as they age. The T9386 uses its own solenoid to eliminate this issue, whilst making installation easier at the same time!

Sharper throttle response, faster boost recovery after brief throttle lift

Factory electronic diverter valves are binary in operation – they’re either open or shut. Your throttle, however, isn’t. When you make small throttle adjustments, the binary operation of the factory diverter results in abrupt changes in power delivery, which is the very definition of poor throttle response.

The DV+ patented “pilot actuation” system allows the piston to open and close progressively, thereby smoothing the power delivery during throttle modulation, and ultimately improving throttle response.
